Associate Territory Manager - Boston

BD seeks an Associate Territory Manager to provide field-level support for Interventional Surgery products in the Boston territory. The role involves clinical case support, physician training, and customer relationship building, with extensive travel and potential advancement to Territory Manager.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate field-level surgical case support and clinical training execution with sales and marketing teams
- Conduct in-service training for hospital surgery staff and support personnel
- Identify and prioritize targeted customers and cases; maintain accurate account records
- Support development of regional physician proctors and centers of excellence
- Execute minimum three operating room visits and four surgeon contacts daily
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline
- 0-2 years general sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with 3 years consecutive driving history
- Ability to work in operating room environments
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with medical and surgical terminology
- Willingness to relocate for future Territory Manager positions
