Production Line WorkerWe are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Line Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our production process, primarily focusing on the packing of high-quality chocolate products. This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Production Line Worker Details:Temp-to-Hire position$16.50/hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:45am-3:15p $16.50/hr3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10:45pm-7:15am - $16.50/hrCandidates must be flexible and able to work 1st (Day) and 3rd (Night) shifts for initial training purposes and/or as operational needs may occasionally dictate.Efficiently and accurately pack chocolate products according to company standards and production quotas.Inspect products for quality defects, ensuring only top-quality items are packed and shipped.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all food safety and general workplace safety guidelines.Follow all production procedures and instructions meticulously.Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production flow.Perform other general production duties as assigned.Production Line Worker Qualifications:Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand/arm motions.English and Spanish Languages accepted.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
