Foothill Ranch, CA | 100% Onsite | Monday–Friday Adecco is hiring an Onsite Recruiter to support Oakley’s hiring operations in Foothill Ranch, CA. This is a hands-on, high-volume recruiting position for someone who enjoys working directly with candidates, managing multiple openings, and working in a fast-paced onsite environment. Schedule & Pay Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay: $26.00–$28.00/hour Location: Foothill Ranch, CA 92610 Work Setting: 100% Onsite Occasional Saturdays and local job fairs may be required. What You'll Do Source and screen candidates for high-volume openings Manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines Conduct candidate interviews and provide real-time feedback Coordinate interviews and hiring activities Support candidate orientations and onsite tours Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate candidate information and documentation Work toward recruiting goals and hiring deadlines Communicate with candidates and onsite teams throughout the process Help support a positive and professional candidate experience What We're Looking For 1+ year of recruiting or staffing experience preferred High-volume recruiting experience is a plus Strong communication and candidate interaction skills Comfortable working with multiple openings at the same time Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Confident providing direct feedback to candidates Comfortable using computers, recruiting systems, and email Staffing agency experience is strongly preferred This Role May Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience As: Recruiting Coordinator Staffing Specialist #J-18808-Ljbffr
