Senior Identity Specialist

Driving the strategy and design of global Identity Services, the full-time Senior Identity Specialist will implement innovative identity and access management solutions while collaborating with internal teams and ensuring compliance with security standards in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Design, build, and continuously improve the Identity Service through automation and collaboration with industry experts Secure identity services by working closely with the Information Security team to validate policies and identify threats Lead migrations and integrations into identity services while mentoring support and operations teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or similar IGA platforms, and CyberArk or similar PAM solutions Expertise in identity lifecycle management and access governance, with knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GxP, GDPR) Ability to develop strategies that align with organizational goals and lead high-performing teams Demonstrated capability to work independently while effectively collaborating within global, virtual teams
