Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions at The Beacon Hotel. This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management Oversee benefits administration and payroll coordination Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws Lead training and development initiatives Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture Qualifications 3-5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in hospitality Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven leadership and problem‑solving abilities Hay Creek Hotels ensures all candidates are able to apply for employment.
