Our client is a membership network for one-on-one professional learning. Based in New York, they have 22 offices worldwide and over 1.400 client companies. The company is seeking to hire a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join their NYC office. Job Description Manage and recruit for a portfolio of positions Strive for exceptional and best-in-class candidate experience Develop strong internal relationships and performance measures Work closely with Compensation, Finance, and HRBPs to solve business needs Constantly identifying ways to further the teams' strategic offerings and abilities to best meet the ongoing demands of the business Work closely with VP and Global head of Talent Acquisition, Business Unit Managers and HRBP’s to execute workforce plan with recruitment budget in mind. Qualifications BA/BS required Has managed a team of 2 or more Generalist Recruiter experience, not just Tech Willing to be hands‑on throughout daily activities Experience working directly with Comp, HRBP, and Finance Mix of agency and corporate experience, corporate is preferred 3+ years of internal/corporate recruiting experience, prior agency work OK Ability to translate business requirements into strategic talent acquisition actions with positive, measurable impact Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the business needs and strategy and articulate the needs of a position Additional Information This position offers a generous salary, performance bonuses, as well as Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance and a 401k. #J-18808-Ljbffr
