Order Entry Associate
Quality Enclosures is the Northeast's leading manufacturer of custom shower enclosures and flat glass products. We're growing and looking for a motivated Order Entry Associate to join our Engineering team in Central Islip, NY.
If you're detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Enter customer quotes and orders into our system
- Review orders for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Work closely with Engineering and Customer Success teams
- Help keep orders moving smoothly from entry to production
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Previous order entry, administrative, customer service, or manufacturing experience is a plus
