Position Overview Our client is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to design, prepare, test, and debug web applications for business solutions. In this role, you will analyze automation requests, create comprehensive work plans, and estimate project timelines and costs. As an active team member, you will interface directly with users to understand enhancement requests, maintain existing applications, and ensure all software aligns perfectly with business goals.

This role spans the full software development life cycle (SDLC), requiring the ability to translate complex requirements into robust, documented computer programs.

Core Responsibilities

• Development & Architecture: Design, code, analyze, test, and document software systems using full life cycle development techniques.
• Database Optimization: Implement strong SQL practices, conduct T-SQL optimization/refactoring, eliminate performance bottlenecks, and handle concurrency and latency tuning.
• Testing & Code Review: Review coded and compiled structured programs, prepare test data, and conduct rigorous unit testing to ensure strict compliance with specifications.
• Documentation & Planning: Create all required technical documents (e.g., Technical Specs, Design Documents) and prepare routine project status reports.
• Collaboration: Interface with users and stakeholders to troubleshoot problems and gather requirements; attend regular staff and technical meetings.

Technical Skills & Qualifications Backend & Database Expertise

• Expert Level: C#.NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server, T-SQL (including refactoring, optimization, and bottleneck elimination).
• Advanced Level: Web Services, SSIS, ASP.NET (4.0+), Entity Framework.
• Core Proficiency: .NET Core, Concurrency & Latency Tuning.

Frontend & UI Expertise

• React: Proficient in hooks and state management (Redux or Context API).
• Languages & Frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Bootstrap.
• Key Concepts: Strong understanding of Component Lifecycle, RESTful API integration, and frontend performance optimization best practices.
