Country IT Infrastructure & Operations ManagerPurpose & Overall Relevance for the OrganizationAt adidas, technology is critical to enabling business operations across offices, stores, distribution centers, and sourcing locations.As Country IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and stability of local IT infrastructure and services. You will ensure the successful execution of global initiatives within the market while driving operational excellence, business continuity, and service performance.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the availability, stability, and performance of local IT infrastructure and operational services.Deliver global technology initiatives and local projects on time, within scope, and budget.Lead incident management, service continuity, and operational risk mitigation.Manage vendors and service providers through performance governance, KPIs, and SLAs.Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align operational priorities and drive effective outcomes.Lead teams and resources to deliver reliable technology services across multiple locations. Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesMinimum Qualifications7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations within complex multi-site environments.Proven experience managing service delivery, business continuity, vendors, contracts, KPIs, and SLAs.Experience leading teams, projects, and budgets while influencing senior stakeholders.Strong operational execution and problem-solving capabilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience in retail, distribution, logistics, consumer goods, or similarly complex operational environments.Experience working within regional or global organizations.Language RequirementsFluent English and Spanish.What Success Looks LikeWithin the first 6–12 months, you will:Improve service stability and incident resolution performance.Successfully deliver key global and local technology initiatives.Strengthen vendor governance and operational effectiveness across the market.
