Project Manager – Albany, NY Location: Albany, NY Pay Rate: $75-80/hr -Actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications, education, skills, and experience. Position Summary Laland Baptiste, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a large, complexphased renovation project in Albany, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong construction management experience overseeing large-scale renovations involving multiple phases, contractors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all phases of the renovation project. Coordinate contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders. Monitor project schedules, budgets, construction progress, and quality. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Coordinate construction phasing, sequencing, and site logistics. Identify and resolve construction, schedule, and coordination issues. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates. Support project closeout and turnover. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. PE preferred, but not required. Strong Project Management/Construction Management experience. Experience with large, complex, phased renovation projects required. Experience with occupied or operational facilities preferred. Public-sector or institutional construction experience is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
