Job Description Administer prescribed medications and treatments Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, including vital signs and crisis evaluations Provide wound care and address acute physical health needs Job Requirements Current State Specific Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross Minimum of two years paid LPN work experience within the past year of direct patient care in a similar setting What is our culture?
