Boldyn Networks is seeking a Call Center Lead to be the first point of contact for customers seeking Internet connectivity support. You will guide them to connect, troubleshoot issues, and provide exceptional service via phone, chat, and email. This is a remote role open to residents of the United States, with shifts that cover 24/7 operations.
