Focused on managing docketing related to U.S. and international trademarks, the full-time remote Trademark Docketing Specialist will coordinate with trademark attorneys, monitor deadlines, and ensure accurate docket maintenance while residing ideally on the West Coast. Key responsibilities Coordinate with trademark attorneys and paralegals to clear docket items and address deadlines promptly Proactively review and manage upcoming deadlines, ensuring timely completion of required actions Utilize docketing systems to maintain data integrity and identify opportunities for workflow improvements Required qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 5 years of trademark docketing experience Advanced experience with trademark docketing systems, particularly FoundationIP and PracticeLink Deep understanding of intellectual property rules and regulations in various jurisdictions Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and monitor critical deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems Virtual Vocations Inc
