Summer Fridays Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Provide legal advice and representation to clients in labor and employment matters
2. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and provide accurate legal advice to clients.
3. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
4. Represent clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and administrative proceedings.
5. Collaborate with other attorneys on the team to strategize and develop effective legal arguments.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws, court decisions, and emerging trends in the field.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state.
3. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in labor and employment law or commercial litigation
