The Seller Support Operations team leads in building trusted relationships with sellers, enabling their success on the Walmart marketplace by promptly addressing challenges and guiding future opportunities. This team leverages technology to enhance interactions and fosters continuous skill development to support career growth within Walmart. As the frontline of seller support, the team collaborates across functions to improve processes, drive operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional service. What you'll do: Direct and manage project work streams, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation of initiatives.
