Location: Los Angeles, US (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Domain: Insurance (P&C)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Earnix Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and integration of enterprise pricing and rating solutions within the insurance domain. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Earnix and Guidewire integration, along with technical leadership in architecture, CI/CD, and distributed team delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design, development, and implementation of solutions using Earnix platform.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable pricing and rating solutions.
• Design and implement branching strategies (Git-based workflows) to support efficient CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect and deliver integration solutions between Earnix and Guidewire, enabling seamless pricing-as-a-service capabilities.
• Work closely with onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Define Earnix best practices including data modeling, configuration, and deployment standards.
• Conduct solution design reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards and code quality.
• Support API design, microservices architecture, and integration patterns across enterprise systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

Earnix & Insurance Domain:

• 7–10 years of experience in Insurance (P&C) domain, with focus on rating/pricing.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience in Earnix at Tech Lead or Architect level.
• Strong expertise in Earnix Modeler, Optimizer, configuration, version control, and deployment lifecycle.

Guidewire & Integration:

• Proven experience integrating Earnix with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
• Strong understanding of insurance rating structures, underwriting workflows, and policy lifecycle.
• Experience with SOAP/REST APIs, JSON/XML-based integrations.
