Collections Specialist

We are currently looking for experienced, bilingual consumer loan collectors who can maintain strong relationships with our customers. Bilingual ability in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese is required! Key Duties and Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to existing delinquent accounts, using dialer campaign strategies and manual calls, as deemed appropriate. Educate customers on the importance of building/rebuilding credit; identify and verify the customer's reason for default and recommend solutions that minimize risk to the company while assisting in credit rebuilding. Observe and maintain quality assurance and FDCPA guidelines while interacting with customers and creating account documentation. Receive incoming calls from existing customers and assist them with their needs. Perform light skip tracing on delinquent accounts. Perform other duties as required.
