Sr. Manager, Product Management - BioProduction Services (Onsite)

Senior Manager of Product Management for BioProduction Services at Thermo Fisher Scientific, responsible for driving strategy, commercialization, and growth across a portfolio of supply chain solutions. Lead cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop customer-centric offerings, and optimize product lifecycles in a collaborative, onsite environment in Morrisville, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through pricing, value propositions, and portfolio management
- Lead end-to-end product management including strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle optimization
- Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans for new offerings
- Partner with strategic customers to identify needs, validate concepts, and support pilot implementations
- Establish and monitor key business metrics, customer outcomes, and portfolio growth objectives
Requirements
- Advanced degree plus 6 years product management or related experience, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, logistics, or industrial markets
- Strong product lifecycle management and commercialization process expertise
- Demonstrated track record of successful product launches and revenue growth
- Financial modeling, pricing strategy, and P&L management capabilities
- Cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills
- Market analysis, competitive intelligence, and voice-of-customer experience preferred
Compensation: $130,000 - $173,000 base
