Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet patients and staff as they enter the facility
• Efficiently handle patient check-in and check-out procedures
• Schedule appointments over the phone and in-office
• Collect insurance information and identification cards
• Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
• Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, nurses, and other staff members
• Review, organize, and file paper and electronic medical records
• Support clerical needs such as data entry, printing, faxing, and scanning
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week, 5 days, 8-hour shifts
• Must be available between 6:30 am 10:30 pm
• Weekends required

Compensation:

• Pay rate - $25 per hour

Locations:

• San Diego: Mission Valley, Kearny Mesa, La Mesa, Santee, El Cajon

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
