This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements that cater to the needs of both clients and staff. As a Licensed Master Social Worker, your responsibilities include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of senior clients, many of whom face unique challenges such as chronic diseases, mobility issues, mental health concerns, and isolation. Understanding aging-related issues is crucial for effectively addressing their psychosocial needs. You will work closely with clients to empower them in their journeys, advocating for their rights and access to the resources they require.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Prior experience as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a current and valid state license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
