Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Master Social Worker, your key duties will include:

• Developing and implementing individualized service plans that incorporate specific goals, interventions, and progress evaluations.

• Providing one-on-one and group counseling services to individuals and families facing various life challenges, including academic stress, behavioral issues, and personal crises.

• Collaborating with clients to connect them with community resources such as housing assistance, mental health services, and educational support.

• Offering crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client wellbeing.

• Participating in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about the services provided by Soul Center and foster partnerships with local stakeholders.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:
