Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Master Social Worker will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the psychosocial needs and challenges of seniors, factoring in their emotional, mental, and social circumstances.

• Collaborating closely with seniors and their families to design tailored care plans that reflect individual goals, preferences, and cultural considerations.

• Advocating for clients' rights and facilitating access to community resources, ensuring that they receive timely and appropriate support.

This role is centered on the well-being of seniors, as well as their families, who may be facing unique challenges related to aging. You will provide targeted support, leveraging your skills and knowledge to help seniors navigate the complexities of their unique situations. Understanding the particular needs of this demographic is essential for fostering improved outcomes and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in social work, preferably within a community or school setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working specifically with geriatric populations, knowledge of school systems, and understanding of the unique social and emotional needs of seniors transitioning from active to more dependent lifestyles is highly preferred. Additional training or certifications in elder care or mental health specialties will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this full-time position is $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
