Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify students' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implement a range of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored for adolescents, helping them navigate their emotional challenges.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
