Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMSW, you will engage in a variety of fulfilling tasks including:

• Comprehensive Clinical Assessments: You will conduct thorough evaluations of students to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Utilizing your expertise, you will deliver a range of therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)—to address diverse mental health issues.

• Clinical Documentation: You will maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and our internal standards for quality assurance.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Working closely with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, you will coordinate care plans that enhance the therapeutic experience for each student.

• Educational Outreach: You will provide education to students and families about mental health, promoting understanding and access to available resources.

• Ongoing Professional Development: Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings, you will continually enhance your clinical skills and contribute to the collective knowledge of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on school-aged children and their families. You will address various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma, tailoring interventions to each unique situation while working diligently to empower both students and their parents.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LMSW license in the state of New York, demonstrating your commitment to excellence in social work practice.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly within school environments or working with youth populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
