Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify the specific needs of students and their families, considering emotional, educational, and environmental factors.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with students, families, and school staff, ensuring each plan is tailored to reach the student’s unique goals and challenges.

• Provide counseling and emotional support via virtual meetings and phone consultations, guiding students through academic pressures, social interactions, and family dynamics.
\n
• Advocate effectively for students' rights, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services within the school and community.
\n
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, school psychologists, and health professionals, to coordinate care and adjust interventions as needed.

• Conduct virtual check-ins and progress reviews to monitor students’ emotional and academic well-being and make recommendations for adjustments to their care plans.

• Facilitate workshops and informational sessions for students and families about available resources, resilience-building strategies, and mental health awareness.

• Maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment updates in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Master Social Worker will primarily work with school-aged children, their families, and educators. This may include students facing various personal and academic challenges, such as emotional stress, behavioral issues, and adjustment difficulties. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
