Job Overview A law firm seeks a licensed Immigration Attorney to join their team in Worcester, MA. This full-time position offers hybrid work flexibility and is ideal for an attorney with 1-3 years of immigration law experience who desires responsibility, support, and growth opportunities. Duties Handle immigration matters from intake through resolution. Prepare and file immigration petitions, motions, and legal briefs. Represent clients before USCIS and Immigration Court (EOIR), where applicable. Conduct client consultations and provide strategic legal guidance. Collaborate with paralegals and staff using firm systems and SOPs. Maintain accurate case notes and deadlines in the firm CRM. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school. Active U.S. law license in good standing. Minimum 1-3 years of immigration law experience. Strong legal writing and research skills. Strong client communication skills. Education J.D. from an accredited law school. Certifications Active U.S. law license in good standing. Skills Experience with removal defense and asylum preferred. Immigration Court (EOIR) appearances preferred. Experience with MyCase, Docketwise, or similar systems preferred. Multilingual abilities in Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Portuguese preferred.
