Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Associate Attorney to join their team in Worcester, Massachusetts. This full-time, in-office position offers an opportunity for an attorney with over five years of litigation experience to expand their practice and pursue a path to partnership. Duties Manage a diverse caseload with autonomy while collaborating on complex matters. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support litigation strategy. Draft, review, and revise legal documents with precision. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations. Provide strategic legal counsel in business disputes and other areas. Develop and execute case strategies for favorable outcomes. Participate in client meetings as a trusted advisor. Stay current with legal developments to ensure accurate advice. Contribute to the firm's growth through excellent client service. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar. Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation. Strong legal research skills and proficiency with Westlaw. Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Ability to manage cases independently within a team environment. Trial experience. Commitment to outstanding client service and high-quality legal work.
