Cardiology Physician

A rewarding opportunity awaits in an inpatient cardiology consulting service, where the hospitalist manages most admissions. This position involves working at a dynamic hospital environment with the support of an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to assist with day-to-day responsibilities and documentation. The role requires regular clinical hours with after-hours availability for emergencies, combining active patient care with consultancy.

• Provide inpatient cardiology consultancy
• Collaborate with the APP for patient management and note-taking
• Be available on-site for clinical shifts and for emergencies after hours
• Manage 13-18 patient encounters per shift

• Board Certified in Cardiology
• Required certifications: ABLS, ACLS, BLS
• Fellowship in relevant specialty
• Competency in echocardiography, ICU settings, and permanent pacemaker placement preferred

• Monday to Monday, 10-hour clinical shifts
• Available for night call duty and emergency callbacks

• Expertise in inpatient cardiology required
• Echocardiography skills essential
• Preferred skills include TEE and Nuclear Cardiology
• Proficient in adult patient care within a Level 2 trauma facility
