Associate Director, Immunology Payer Strategy

AbbVie seeks an Associate Director to lead payer strategy and customer engagement for SKYRIZI in psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. The role requires developing differentiated messaging, managing cross-functional evidence initiatives, and serving as a market access expert to support brand performance and commercial execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve payer strategy and customer narrative for SKYRIZI psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis indications
• Create evidence-based payer messaging using clinical data, health economic outcomes, and real-world evidence
• Identify evidence gaps and partner with medical and health economics teams to prioritize research needs
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and facilitate alignment across marketing, medical, and patient services functions
• Establish performance metrics to assess strategy effectiveness and refine execution based on feedback

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in marketing, market access, or immunology
• Cross-functional background in field sales, finance, or market analytics
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
• Advanced project management and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications abilities
• Bachelor's degree required
