Order Sample Representative

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented order sample representative to support our daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities include data entry, order processing, invoice tracking, record management, and coordination with internal teams, sales personnel, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate order entry and data entry tasks.
• Process and submit customer orders and warehouse documents.
• Track, monitor, and submit invoices in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
• Assist with general administrative and office support duties as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, sales representatives, and 3PL partners.
• Support sample processing, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation and transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar support role.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with invoice processing and basic accounting procedures preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and other business software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
• Spanish language skills are a HUGE plus!
