Order Processing Representative (Bilingual Required)
Location: Clifton, NJ (On-Site)
Job Type: Full-Time
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Order Processing Representative to support our daily operations. This is a straightforward administrative role focused on processing orders, coordinating with the warehouse team, and ensuring shipments and documentation are handled accurately.
Responsibilities- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Communicate with warehouse staff regarding orders and shipments
- Track and manage order documentation and invoices
- Maintain organized records and data files
- Assist with sample orders, packing, and shipping coordination
- Support sales and internal teams with order-related inquiries
- Ensure all paperwork and transactions are completed correctly
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with data entry and administrative tasks
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work well with a team
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys administrative work, is highly organized, and can effectively communicate between the office, warehouse, and customers.
