What You'll Do
- Manage patient flow and assist providers with clinical and administrative tasks
- Perform standard rooming procedures, immunizations, injections, and medication administration under provider direction
- Collect laboratory specimens and perform basic lab tests
- Support patients through communication and administrative support at front desk
- Facilitate communication between patients and providers to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Assist with prescription refills, supply stocking, and prior authorizations as needed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient care and workflow
What You Need
- Valid CMA license
- Prior clinical experience in a medical office or clinic setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Preferred: Experience with laboratory procedures, immunizations, and patient support tasks
