Our client is a fast-growing marketing services company that helps businesses generate demand through content marketing, social media management, inbound marketing, and outbound lead generation. Following a recent rebrand and significant client growth, they are expanding their creative team to support increasing content production and client deliverables.

Role Overview

The Brand & Marketing Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling marketing assets across multiple client accounts. The Brand & Marketing Designer will collaborate closely with content creators, social media managers, and video editors to produce graphics that support thought leadership campaigns, podcast promotion, social media initiatives, newsletters, lead magnets, presentations, and sales collateral. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys managing multiple brands, and has a strong eye for modern marketing design.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Design social media graphics for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Create LinkedIn carousel posts, thought leadership graphics, and branded marketing assets.
• Develop podcast artwork, promotional graphics, and campaign visuals.
• Design lead magnets, newsletters, ebooks, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Produce creative assets that support content marketing and lead generation initiatives.

Brand Management & Visual Consistency

• Maintain visual consistency across multiple client brands.
• Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.
• Uphold high standards of quality across all deliverables.

Collaboration & Content Support

• Collaborate with social media managers, content creators, and video editors throughout production.
• Support content repurposing initiatives by designing assets for multiple distribution channels.
• Contribute creative ideas that improve content performance and audience engagement.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revisions efficiently.

Creative Innovation & Technology

• Stay current with design trends, platform best practices, and emerging creative technologies.
• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to improve design workflows and productivity.
• Recommend process improvements that increase creative efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

Experience

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously.
• Experience creating marketing, digital, and social media assets.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines.

Skills

• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media, digital marketing, and brand design work.
• Excellent visual design, typography, layout, and composition skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing design principles and content-driven creative.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
• Experience using Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Google Workspace, and AI-assisted creative tools.
