As a Kitchen Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality food and service for our residents.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation
• Ensure food quality and consistency
• Oversee restaurant operations, both front and back of house
• Handle food ordering, purchasing, and inventory management
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards

Required Skills:

• Experience in scratch cooking and food handling
• Knowledge of food and beverage management
• Strong background in restaurant management
• Ability to manage costs and optimize food operations
• ServSafe Certified with a focus on food safety

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in interviewing and staffing
• Background in retail or purchasing

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $50,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $55,000.00
