Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Principal MDM Data Engineering professional to lead the architecture, design, implementation, and deployment of enterprise Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) solutions across on-premises and SaaS environments using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Informatica MDM, MDM conceptual modeling, IDMC, data integration, data quality, and API-based integrations. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on implementation experience, stakeholder management, and the ability to guide enterprise customers through complex MDM transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM, MDM conceptual modeling, Informatica IDMC, SIF, CDIPC, CAI, CDI, and API-based integrations. Experience with MDM architecture, data modeling, staging, loading, matching, validation rules, ingress/egress processes, user interface configuration, data quality rules, and AddressDoctor is required. Candidates should have a strong understanding of enterprise architecture standards, security guidelines, data governance, platform administration, performance tuning, and operational optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture, design, development, configuration, and deployment of Informatica MDM solutions across on-premises and SaaS environments.

Define and implement MDM data models, conceptual models, integration patterns, and solution architectures aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.

Provide hands-on technical leadership across Informatica MDM, IDMC, SIF, CDIPC, CAI, CDI, and API-based integrations.

Configure and manage MDM components, including staging, loading, matching, validation, ingress/egress processes, user interface configuration, data quality validations, and AddressDoctor.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, data consumers, product teams, and platform teams to define requirements and implement reusable MDM patterns.

Lead data modeling, configuration, deployment, and administration activities across multiple environments.

Provide guidance on performance tuning, troubleshooting, platform administration, and operational optimization.

Develop and maintain technical specifications, architecture documents, configuration guides, and implementation documentation.

Act as a trusted technical advisor, influencing customer decisions and guiding stakeholders through their MDM transformation journey.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience implementing MDM solutions in large-scale enterprise environments, with the target candidate profile requiring 13 19 years of overall experience.

Demonstrated experience delivering at least 3 5 complex Informatica MDM implementations, including end-to-end architecture, design, build, and deployment.

Experience in the Asset Management domain and Customer Master Data implementations is a strong advantage.
