As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with shoppers, employees, and visitors while reporting observations and supporting a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri11:30 AM - 05:30 PMSat11:30 AM - 05:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site-specific procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Assist with access control, visitor direction, and monitoring of security-related equipment in accordance with site-specific procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
