About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of Global Corporate Compliance to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of its global compliance framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization maintains a strong culture of integrity and effectively manages regulatory and compliance risks across its global operations. This role involves serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to business leadership, helping to navigate complex regulatory requirements, and enabling responsible growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include advancing and overseeing enterprise compliance governance, compliance risk assessments, regulatory change management, policy governance, monitoring and testing activities, and compliance training programs. The role also encompasses enhancing ethics and compliance programs, including whistleblower processes and internal investigations, and playing a central role in the company's compliance transformation strategy. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences, with an MBA preferred, and at least 12 years of progressive compliance, legal, risk management, or regulatory experience within insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or similarly regulated industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling compliance programs, experience in implementing compliance technology, data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions, and a strong background in leading large, distributed teams. Relevant certifications or industry affiliations are preferred. The role requires a leader with a demonstrated ability to build high-performing, collaborative teams, and foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and partnership. Strong business partnership skills, executive presence, and active participation in industry groups or regulatory forums are also essential.
