Financial Customer Service Representative

To support a growing financial services team, the full-time remote Financial Customer Service Representative will provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts, educate clients, and process account changes without making cold calls or sales. Key responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service within the call center for retirement savings accounts Communicate critical updates and changes to clients while processing contributions, loans, and withdrawals Participate in a paid training program to develop a solid foundation in financial services Required qualifications Availability to work a 40-hour week, including outside traditional business hours and occasional Saturdays Associate's degree or higher with at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs Experience in financial services or call center environments is preferred Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote work
