Job Responsibilities Perform laboratory tasks in accordance with study protocols (e.g., urine drug screens, dipsticks, pregnancy tests, equipment setup). Conduct specialized laboratory procedures within certified areas. Use accurate pipetting techniques to prepare pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and diagnostic samples. Prepare and dispense buffer solutions. Ship biological samples with proper temperature control. Maintain, calibrate, and monitor laboratory equipment. Manage supply inventory. Provide clear communication with internal teams and study participants. Support additional clinical duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring Certification as a Medical Laboratory Assistant (AMT), Laboratory Technologist, or Phlebotomist. Prior laboratory experience. Proficiency in pipetting & handling biological samples. Bilingual (English & Spanish) – fluent in English, conversational in Spanish. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and clinical software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience in a regulatory or clinical research environment (preferred). Scheduling flexibility for evenings, nights, and occasional day shifts.
