Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal

The ideal candidate will support attorneys in handling personal injury cases from pre-suit through litigation. The position will primarily focus on plaintiff-side personal injury litigation and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cases effectively. Responsibilities Assist with all phases of the personal injury litigation process from pre-suit through trial preparation. Prepare demand packages. Prepare and electronically file pleadings in Florida State and Federal Courts. Manage case calendars, deadlines, and scheduling. Assist with e-discovery and case management. Prepare clients for depositions and other case-related matters. Maintain organized case files and perform general administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of litigation experience. Personal injury experience preferred. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Comfortable with legal technology and case management systems.
