• Job Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient; 12 Operating Rooms; No Call; CRNA Supervision/Medical Direction
• Types of Cases: General Anesthesia (Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal, Trauma), Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical Cases (Head & Spine), Thoracic Cases, Complex Vascular Cases, Complex Orthopedic Cases, Pain Management, Post-op Epidural, Post-op Extremity Blocks, Epidural Steroid Injections (Lumbar & Cervical), Transforaminal (Lumbar & Cervical), X-ray Guided Blocks, Ventilation Management, Acute Volume/BP Management, Central Line Placement, Arterial Line Placement, PA Catheter Placement
• Credentialing: Estimated 90 days; expedited credentialing available; temporary privileges available; fellowship required
• EMR System: MediTech

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible required; Fellowship required
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS
• Licensure: Licensed in Ohio only; IMLC not accepted
