This fully remote role is ideal for someone with a strong background in facilities support and customer service. As a Facility Coordinator, you'll serve as the frontline contact for clients and service providers, managing work orders, scheduled maintenance, and platform support. You'll operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, helping ensure operational excellence while collaborating across teams. Your attention to detail and ability to guide customers through systems and processes will play a key role in maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction. Accountabilities: Respond promptly to customer and provider inquiries via Zendesk, email, and phone Offer onboarding guidance and technical support on platform usage Report system issues to the development team and ensure communication loops are closed Coordinate service requests with facility managers, ensuring maintenance compliance Review work order requests for cost-saving opportunities based on warranties or lease agreements Assist in customer-facing special projects and emergency work order monitoring Track performance using internal tools and reporting systems Conduct quarterly business review presentations and biweekly client operations meetings Collaborate with internal teams to support key initiatives and maintain seamless workflows Requirements 1-2 years of experience in a facilities support role, ideally in fast-paced environments such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, or food service Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce and Gainsight is a plus Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with high attention to detail Comfortable providing support on technical platforms and responding to customer needs Self-motivated and reliable while working remotely, with excellent time management and organization Team-oriented, responsive to feedback, and adaptable in evolving environments High school diploma or GED required Willingness to be on camera during virtual meetings Benefits Salary range: $47,500 to $88,100 annually, depending on experience and location Full-time remote role (8 AM - 5 PM in your local time zone) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and long-term disability coverage Flexible time-off policy and paid parental leave 401(k) with company match Dynamic and collaborative team environment with opportunities for growth Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.
