Lawn Care Technician – Full-Time

Location: On-site | Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

Pay: $36,000 – $55,000 per year (Base Salary + Weekly Production Bonus)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality lawn care services, including fertilization and herbicide applications
• Educate customers on what to expect after treatment and how to maintain results
• Safely operate application equipment and company vehicles
• Complete required certifications and continuing education (we’ll support you)
• Occasionally help with other tasks as needed—everyone pitches in

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and walk or climb stairs for extended periods
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, wet weather)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good communication skills
