Job Opening: Lawn Spray Technician

Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round (Non-Seasonal)

Green Meadow Landscapes is seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and growth-oriented Lawn Spray Technician to manage an assigned customer route. We are looking for a dedicated team player who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and wants to grow long-term with our company.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance customer lawns throughout the year by performing scheduled treatments:

• Herbicide Application: Apply pre-emergent treatments 3 times per year (Winter, Early Spring, and Fall).
• Fertilization & Weed Control: Apply fertilizer treatments 3 times per year (Late Spring and Summer) and perform targeted weed spraying.
• Soil Conditioning: Apply lime treatments once per year (Early Winter).
• Route Management: Efficiently navigate and complete daily scheduled service routes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional lawn care or chemical application experience.
• Licensing: A Category 3 Certification from the State of Tennessee is preferred but not required. Obtain within one month.
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Screening: Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a drug screen.
• Traits: Strong work ethic, honesty, coachability, and a desire to grow professionally.
