What You'll Have the Opportunity to Do

• Lead daily front-of-house operations with confidence and consistency
• Create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest
• Coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing service team
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor throughout service
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities
• Recruit, train, schedule, and retain talented employees
• Manage labor, sales, service standards, and operating procedures
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and sound judgment
• Support beverage execution and responsible alcohol-service standards
• Work closely with the culinary and management teams
• Help create a culture built around hospitality, accountability, and teamwork
• Assist with opening, closing, cash-handling, and administrative responsibilities

You may be the right fit if you are an experienced Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, Service Manager, Bar Manager, or Front-of-House Manager who enjoys a polished, high-volume environment.

• Front-of-house leadership experience in a full-service restaurant
• A passion for genuine hospitality and memorable guest experiences
• Strong knowledge of service standards and restaurant operations
• Experience training, coaching, and holding employees accountable
• Confidence managing busy services and large-volume shifts
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• An understanding of labor management, scheduling, and cost controls
• Wine, spirits, craft cocktail, or elevated beverage knowledge is a plus
• The flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
