We're looking for experienced recruiters to join our growing team and help some of the world's most exciting space, satellite communications and deep-tech companies find the exceptional people they need to grow.

As a contract space recruiter you will be embedded into our space customers as an internal talent partner. These contracts could last from 3 months to 12 months or longer.

One week you could be recruiting a Flight Dynamics Engineer for a satellite operator.

The next, an AI&T Director for a brand-new spacecraft manufacturing facility in California.

Then perhaps a VP Sales helping launch the next generation of satellite communications.

Every contract assignment is different.

Every client is changing the future of space.

The Opportunity:

You'll work directly alongside experienced space recruiters, learning one of the most specialised recruitment markets in the world while managing searches across engineering, commercial and executive-level positions.

Depending on your experience, you'll be involved in:

• Talent mapping.
• Executive search.
• Candidate sourcing.
• Interviewing.
• Client management.
• Market intelligence.
• Employer branding.
• Recruitment strategy.

No two days are ever the same.

Who We're Looking For:

You will already have worked within the space sector and have a proven record placing engineering staff into the sector.

We want someone who genuinely enjoys learning about technology, understanding how businesses operate and building long-term relationships with exceptional people.

You'll probably already have experience recruiting within one or more of the following:

• Engineering.
• Technology.
• Aerospace.
• Defence.
• Telecommunications.
• Manufacturing.
• Executive Search.

You'll be naturally organised, proactive and enjoy solving difficult hiring challenges.
