In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business and technical teams, helping to ensure Salesforce solutions meet organizational goals, enhance user experience, and align with branding and operational best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in a major digital transformation initiative while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple program areas. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary business liaison and subject matter expert for Salesforce-related initiatives and projects. Collaborate with program areas, marketing and engagement teams, onboarding teams, and Information Systems Division (ISD) staff to support Salesforce implementation and enhancements. Analyze business processes and user needs to identify opportunities for improved functionality and user experience. Gather, document, and communicate business requirements to support Salesforce development and configuration efforts. Monitor application performance and recommend real-time improvements to optimize usability and efficiency. Ensure Salesforce applications align with departmental branding standards and industry best practices. Support testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce solutions. Develop and deliver user training, guidance, and support on Salesforce tools, features, and best practices. Assist with change management activities to promote successful adoption of new Salesforce capabilities. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide updates on project progress and outcomes. Desired Qualifications Experience working with Salesforce platforms, including business analysis, user support, system enhancements, or implementation projects. Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines under tight time constraints. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions. Familiarity with online collaboration and project management tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on improving user experience and business processes.
