Job Description

Restaurant Manager – Subway (Anchorage, AK)

We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader to run a Subway restaurant and drive results through people, service, and execution.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and develop your team
Drive sales, staffing, and daily operations
Deliver great customer experiences
Manage scheduling, inventory, and food safety

What You Bring:

Restaurant or retail management experience
Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
Strong work ethic and reliability
Focus on results, service, and team culture
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Reliable & Dependable Transportation
Pass a background check
