The City of Fairfax Police Department is accepting applications for the position of Law Enforcement Certified Police Officer. Applicants must be D.C.J.S. Law Enforcement Certified and complete a 14-week Field Training program. This role involves general duty police work, visibility in patrolling neighborhoods, and responding to emergencies. Qualifications include being at least 20 years and 6 months old, possessing a high school diploma or G.E.D., and U.S. citizenship.
