Uniq Mind & Wellness is a growing mental health practice in Naples, Florida, dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized, and high-quality behavioral health care.

We are expanding our clinical team and are currently seeking passionate and motivated mental health professionals who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of their patients.

We Are Seeking:

• Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT)
• Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns (RMHCI)
• Registered Clinical Social Worker Interns (RCSWI)
• Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Interns (RMFTI)

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, professional, and comfortable providing individualized psychotherapy to a diverse patient population.

Clinicians will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary behavioral health team while maintaining appropriate clinical documentation and delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Depending on experience and clinical interests, opportunities may be available to work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families .

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group psychotherapy based on qualifications and experience.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches when clinically appropriate.
• Coordinate care with psychiatric providers and other members of the treatment team when appropriate.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential standards of care.
• Follow HIPAA requirements and applicable Florida professional and licensing regulations.
• Participate in collaborative case discussions and continuity-of-care planning.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold or be actively pursuing an appropriate Florida behavioral health credential.

Licensed Clinicians:
Current and unrestricted Florida licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Registered Interns:
Active Florida registration as an RMHCI, RCSWI, or RMFTI, as applicable.

Candidates should also demonstrate:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professionalism and reliability.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Experience working with children and adolescents is a plus but not required.

Scheduling and caseload expectations will be discussed based on clinician availability, credentials, and practice needs.
